Ticketing and Refund Terms and Conditions
1. Exhibition hall tickets must be used within 90 days from the date of purchase. Multifunctional 3D Theater tickets are valid only for the designated showtime on the specified date. Special exhibition tickets must be used within the exhibition period.
2. Visitors eligible for concession or free admission must present valid original proof documents on the day of visit. Failure to do so will require purchasing a full fare ticket.
3. Group rates apply to single-order purchases of 20 or more paying visitors and require admission together.
4. Refunds:
(1) Unused exhibition tickets must be refunded via the original purchase channel.
(2) Multifunctional 3D Theater tickets must be refunded prior to the scheduled showtime.
(3) Online ticket refunds are subject to a 10% handling fee deducted from the ticket face value.
